Refund and Return Policy

At Absolute Recomp Clothing, we take great pride in the quality and durability of our products. Our aim is to ensure that every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. However, we understand that there may be rare occasions where you receive a defective or damaged item. 

Returns and Refunds:

  1. Defective or Damaged Items:
       - We only accept returns for items that are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order.
       - To process your return, we require proof of the defect or damage. Please provide clear photos of the item and a description of the issue.
       - Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  2. Return Process:
       - To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at clothing@absoluterecomp.com with your order number, photos of the defective or damaged item, and a brief description of the issue.
       - If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item to us.
       - Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without first receiving approval from our customer service team.

  3. Refunds:
       - If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment.
       - Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

  4. Shipping Costs:
       - You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  5. Exchanges:
       - We do not offer exchanges.  

  6. In-Store Policy:
       - We do not accept online orders for exchanges/returns at Absolute Recomp locations.
